Qualifications

On-Trade Account Manager

Position Overview

The position is responsible for driving sales growth across bars, restaurants, hotels, clubs, and nightlife venues. This role focuses on maintaining strong client relationships, growing brand presence, and achieving sales targets for premium spirits, wines, and champagnes.

The ideal candidate is outgoing, proactive, and experienced in Singapore’s F&B ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities
1. Sales & Account Management
  • Manage and grow a portfolio of on-trade accounts: bars, lounges, clubs, restaurants, and hotels.

  • Identify new business opportunities and develop strong relationships with outlet managers, buyers, and bartenders.

  • Present product portfolios to clients confidently.

  • Achieve monthly sales targets and ensure consistent reorder cycles.

  • Track promotions, campaigns & bottle incentive programs across outlets.

2. Route-to-Market Execution
  • Conduct regular outlet visits to check stock levels, visibility, pricing, and brand compliance.

  • Ensure timely placement of POSM, menus, tent cards, shelf talkers, and promotional items.

  • Coordinate with warehouse for timely delivery of orders and urgent restocks.

  • Work with marketing team to execute seasonal promotions and activations.

3. Brand Activation Support
  • Work with events team on in-outlet activations, tasting sessions, and promotional nights.

  • Brief brand ambassadors or promoters on product knowledge and selling points.

  • Collect activation photos and reporting materials for brand partners.

  • Support the creation of product menus, bar lists, and promotional collaterals.

4. Administration & Reporting
  • Prepare weekly sales reports, forecasts, and account updates.

  • Maintain accurate customer records and price lists.

  • Process orders, issue quotations, and manage credit terms with finance team.

  • Track KPIs such as sales volume, GTO, SKU penetration, and new outlet openings.

Requirements

  • Proficient in WhatsApp communication, Excel/Sheets, and simple CRM usage.
