DESIGNATION

Officer (Security)

RESPONSIBILITIES

You will be responsible for the security and safety of the Gardens for both staff and visitors. This will entail:

• Working with your team to perform patrol, incident response, crowd management, SMM enforcement and any other security/safety related matters;
• Supervising and managing a team of outsourced security staff;
• Coordinating and executing security arrangements for VIP visits and events;
• Conducting security audits and systematic checks to ensure all security systems, services and technologies are well maintained and fully operational;
• Liaising with workgroups and tenants/clients on logistics, vehicular/pedestrian access matters, or any other security/safety related matters.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Candidates must possess a minimum 'O' level with valid PLRD licence
• Minimum 3 years of working experience in a related field
• Candidates specializing in Security/Armed Forces/Protective Services or equivalent are preferred
• A team player who is also able to work independently
• A keen eye for detail and sharp sense of responsibility and integrity
• Willing to learn and adopt new systems, technologies and skillsets
• Able to work on a 24-hour rotating shift, including overnight shifts
• Savvy in Microsoft Office and Google services (Gmail, Drive etc)
