Job summary

A local security services company in Singapore is seeking an administrative professional to manage office operations and support various tasks such as handling inquiries, preparing documents, and supporting HR and finance functions. This role includes responsibilities for coordination across teams and assisting with operational support. Ideal candidates should be organized, proactive, and capable of multitasking. The working hours are Monday to Friday from 9am to 6pm.

Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day administrative operations.
  • Attend to phone calls, emails, and walk-in enquiries.
  • Prepare, update, and maintain documents, reports, and correspondence.
  • Assist in staff scheduling, timesheets, and attendance records.
  • Assist in billing preparation, invoice tracking, and payment follow-up.
  • Liaise with clients, vendors, and internal departments.
  • Assist in administrative support for operations team.
