Job summary

A leading manpower service provider in Singapore is seeking an Office Assistant to assist with answering calls, attending to students' injuries, and managing walk-in visitors. Candidates should possess at least 3 GCE O Level passes and a positive attitude. The role requires good communication skills and at least 2 years of relevant experience in a primary school setting. This is a 10-month contract position with a potential extension.

Qualifications

  • At least 2 years experience as an Office Assistant / Receptionist at a primary school General Office front counter.
  • Experience within the past 5 years (2021–2025).

Responsibilities

  • Assist in answering phone calls when all other lines are busy.
  • Attend to students' minor injuries (e.g., apply cold packs or plasters).
  • Receive and attend to walk-in parents and contractors; redirect them to relevant staff.
  • Perform ad-hoc duties assigned by the Administration Manager and School Leaders.

Duration / Working Hours

10 months contract (Option to extend)

Mondays to Fridays: 7.00am to 4:00pm, inclusive of ½ hr lunch break

Service not required for the months of June and December

Service not required on Saturdays, Sundays, gazetted public holidays, June and December.
