Job Summary:

The Nurse Manager of the O&G and Fertility Clinic oversees the daily operations of the nursing staff and ensures the delivery of high-quality patient care. Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (BSN) required. Master’s degree in Nursing (MSN) or Healthcare Administration preferred.
• Licensure: SNB registered
• Experience: Minimum of 5 years of clinical nursing experience. Experience in O&G and/or fertility care will be an added advantage, with at least 2 years in a leadership or management role.
• Certifications: Certification in Obstetrics and Gynaecology nursing or related field preferred.
• Skills: Strong leadership and management abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in clinic management software and other healthcare technology.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.

Working Conditions:

• The position may require occasional evening and weekend hours.
• Work is primarily performed in a clinical setting.
