Overview

Reporting to the Deputy/ Assistant Director/Senior Nurse Clinician, you will plan and manage education and professional development initiatives to address the nursing practice priorities.

Responsibilities

• You will undertake needs assessment, developing, implementing and evaluating nursing education programs, through the collaboration with Advanced Practice Nurses, Nurse Clinicians and other healthcare professionals.
• You will also support and coach preceptors and clinical instructor on their role effectiveness and assessment of nurses and nursing students.
