Job description
  • Assist designated airlines with transporting special passengers (NTL- Not To Land, UM - Unaccompanied Minor, Deportee, Offload) to and from the immigration office and flight gates at Changi Airport.
  • Assist designated airlines with completion and submission of flight documents/administrative work.
  • Assist and transport passengers requiring special assistance (hearing/visually impaired passengers) at Changi Airport.
  • To identify passenger's name, flight information, date, and special service request details, to ensure special needs passengers are taken to the correct destination.
  • To communicate and liaise with airline staff, immigration officers and other airport staff when required.
  • Attend to passengers' enquiries and provide passengers with an excellent customer service experience.
  • Be compliant and adhere to SOP and safety standards.
  • Any other ad hoc matters assigned by management.
  • Ability to read, write and converse in English.
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills.

  • Adaptable to change and a good team player.
  • Physically fit and comfortable with walking long distances.
  • Comfortable with basic paperwork.
  • Comfortable with a fast‑paced working environment.
