Job summary

Job description

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee the full New Product Introduction (NPI) process at the plant level
• Work closely with internal teams, suppliers, customers, and HQ to ensure smooth product and packaging launches
• Prepare and update Bills of Materials (BOM) to support assembly operations
• Manage and maintain data in the SFC (Shop Floor Control) and SAP systems
• Understand and assist with server and rack assembly processes
• Support packaging design for racks and large-scale assemblies
• Lead or contribute to Kaizen and other continuous improvement initiatives
• Provide hands-on support during production ramp-up phases
• Participate in ISO audits, both internal and external

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Diploma in Engineering or a related discipline
• At least 3 years of experience in a manufacturing setting, ideally with exposure to NPI or process engineering
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proactive, self-driven, and capable of working independently with minimal oversight
• Strong project management and organizational capabilities
• Detail-oriented with a practical, hands-on work style
