Job description

• To create, prepare and cook according to Company's menus and guideline
• Has the experience in cooking Southern Indian cuisine
• Prepare, seasoning and cooking according to Company requirements
• Able to prepare / cook Indian prata, Indian style mee goreng and dishes
• Able to prepare drinks (coffee, teh tarik) will be an added advantage
• Mix and prepare ingredients according to recipes
• Ability to prepare for special occasions and large orders
• Ability to slightly modify recipe to meet customers' requests
• Ability to create variety from the current menus
• Arrange and garnish to ensure appealing presentation
• Ensure safe and maintain hygiene of kitchen area
• To monitor food stocks and place order
• Ensure the freshness of the food stock and ingredients
• Ensure to maintain the food quality
• Must be willing to work on evenings, weekends and public holidays
