Job summary

• Monitor and track defects, coordinating with IT to resolve issues.
• Facilitate defect review meetings with IT teams when necessary.
• Develop training materials and conduct training sessions for stakeholders.

• Collaborated with stakeholders and team leads to maintain project timelines.
• Converted business requirements into test scenarios and expected outcomes for user acceptance testing (UAT).
• Led and executed UAT, ensuring results were properly documented.
• Monitored and tracked defects, coordinating with IT to resolve issues within agreed timelines.
• Facilitated defect review meetings with IT teams when necessary.
• Developed training materials and conducted training sessions for stakeholders.
• Performed system checks after deployment to verify successful implementation.
• Actively pursued continuous improvements and innovation within the scope of responsibilities.

Job Requirements:

• At least 1 year experience in insurance industry
