Overview
We are seeking a skilled Zscaler ZTNA Specialist to support, operate, and enhance our Zscaler security ecosystem. The ideal candidate will have hands‑on experience in designing, deploying, and maintaining secure internet access and Zero Trust Network Architectures (ZTNA) using Zscaler Internet Access (ZIA) and Zscaler Private Access (ZPA).
Responsibilities
- Provide operational support for ZIA and ZPA to ensure secure and efficient internet and application access aligned with client security standards.
- Design, implement, and support Zero Trust Network Access (ZTNA) solutions using the Zscaler platform for remote and on‑premises users.
- Configure, tune, and optimize Zscaler services to protect users, devices, and applications against internet threats while maintaining seamless access to resources.
- Identify, diagnose, and resolve complex issues in Zscaler deployments and integrations with enterprise infrastructure.
- Monitor Zscaler performance, manage policies, and ensure compliance with security standards and regulatory frameworks.
- Support integration of Zscaler logs and alerts with SIEM platforms and automate routine processes using APIs where applicable.
- Maintain technical documentation, update the security risk matrix in alignment with network security standards, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives such as AppViz functionality development.
- Collaborate with IT, network, and security teams as well as third‑party vendors to ensure successful implementation and support of Zscaler solutions.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 4 years of experience in network or cloud security, with at least 2 years focused on Zscaler technologies.
- Strong hands‑on experience with Zscaler Internet Access (ZIA) and Zscaler Private Access (ZPA).
- Solid understanding of Zero Trust Network Access (ZTNA) architecture and cloud security principles.
- Experience in network security operations, including firewalls, VPNs, proxies, and DNS filtering.
- Familiarity with SIEM tools, log analysis, and incident response workflows.
- Experience with API integration, automation scripting, and configuration management tools is an advantage.
- Excellent troubleshooting, analytical, and problem‑solving skills.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., Zscaler Certified Cloud Professional (ZCCP‑PA/ZCCP‑IA), ZIA/ZPA Specialist) preferred.
