Overview

Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Network Engineer to manage on-premise network infrastructure. This role focuses on network security, threat prevention, and high availability, ensuring the confidentiality, integrity, and availability (CIA) of business systems.

The ideal candidate has hands-on experience in routing, switching, firewalls, and secure network design, and is comfortable working in security-sensitive environments.

Responsibilities
  • Configure, monitor, and manage firewalls and network security devices.

  • Configure and maintain ACLs, NAT, IPS/IDS and security policies.

  • Support monitoring network traffic and logs to detect suspicious or malicious activities.

  • Support monitoring network performance, availability, and security posture.

  • Perform firmware upgrades, patching, configuration backups, and disaster recovery.

  • Respond to and troubleshoot network and security incidents.

Support & Documentation
  • Ensure compliance with security standards and internal policies.

  • Maintain network diagrams, documentation and SOPs.

  • Support security audits, vulnerability assessments, and penetration testing activities.

Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or equivalent.

  • Experienced in network engineering and firewall management.

  • Basic scripting skills for automation.

  • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
