As the National Head of Sales, you will be responsible for leading a team of 350 to 400 RBM/ABM/BO across all locations. You will report directly to the Top Management and play a crucial role in driving sales growth and achieving company objectives.Key Details:- Reporting to: Top Management- Must have led a sales team of at least 250 to 300- Salary: up to 36 lacs p.a.Your responsibilities as the General Manager Sales will include:- Strategically planning the launch of new products to ensure successful market entry- Developing the market by establishing a strong distribution network and effectively tracking purchase & sales activities- Creating customer awareness initiatives and conducting analysis of competitors" activities to stay ahead in the market- Forecasting sales targets on a national scale and appointing Distributors for expanding the customer base- Assessing the Sales Team size, recruiting team members, and setting individual sales targets to drive performance- Devising innovative sales strategies and executing brand promotional activities to enhance market presence- Achieving Pan India sales targets, continuously monitoring progress, and elevating the Company Brand Image through successful sales initiatives.,
