• Provide product information, recommendations, and demonstrations to enhance the customer experience.
• Support sales targets by promoting ongoing campaigns and new arrivals.
• Respond to customer inquiries through telephone, email, online inquiry forms, and chat messages.
• Handle customer feedback and concerns.
• Perform cashiering duties and process payments accurately.
• Manage documentation for sales transactions, returns, and exchanges.
• Ensure the retail area is clean and organized.
