• At least 5 years of F&B experience as an Operations Manager managing more than 5 QSR or fast food outlets.
• Business acumen, hands-on, proactive, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with local food safety and hygiene requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise daily operations across all QSR outlets.
• Oversee outlet supervisors and maintain training frameworks.
• Plan, coordinate, and execute new outlet openings.
• Standardize and maintain documented SOPs across all brands.
• Work with procurement for food supply stability.
