Job summary

A leading semiconductor manufacturer in Singapore is seeking an experienced Technical Lead for High Voltage CMOS/BCDMOS process development. The ideal candidate will have a Master's or PhD in Electrical or Electronics Engineering or Physics, with a minimum of 6 years of relevant experience. This role involves defining new design rules, interacting with cross-functional teams, and guiding Engineers. Applicants should possess strong device physics knowledge and fluency in English.

Job description

Introduction

Develop process flows and process recipes to enable meeting the product requirements for performance, reliability and defect free manufacturing

Your Job

• Take a technical lead role in high voltage CMOS and BCDMOS process development.
• Define new embedded High Voltage process/device architectures based on customers and company needs.
• Define & establish new High Voltage technology design rules & test methodologies.
• Design High Voltage CMOS/BCDMOS device development structures for best performance.
• Conduct DOEs on silicon to maximize the device and process performance with good reliability.
• Interact with cross functional technical teams like Modules, TCAD, SPICE and DSD teams etc to get unit module setup, process/device simulation, modeling and enablement done for the processes developed.
• Respond to customers’ technical queries.
• Guide Engineers and AEs and oversee their technical work on need based.
• Take leading role & ownership in technical process/device problem solving in a creative way and also create process and device IPs as and when possible.
• Generate methodologies for continuous process/device improvements

Job Requirements

• Masters or PhD in Electrical or Electronics Engineering or Physics or equivalent (Bachelor’s in Electronics Engineering with good relevant experience can also be considered
• Min 6 years relevant experience in High Voltage CMOS/BCDMOS process development.
• Strong understanding of CMOS, Bipolar and DMOS device physics is highly essential
• Experience in high voltage device design, device debugging, process integration, device characterization, reliability aspect understanding and design rule understanding and creation capability.
• Good interpersonal skill, resourceful
• Good understanding of DOE, continuous learning and knowledge upgrading attitude
• Knowledge of SiView is added advantage.
• Fluency in English Language - written & verbal
