Motion Graphic Designer | AI

• Working Hours: Mon-Fri (Hybrid)
• Location: Central
• Remuneration: Up to $7,000 + AWS + Variable Bonus

We are seeking a Senior Motion Designer who excels in animation, narrative thinking, and AI-enhanced creative workflows. You connect storytelling, visual identity, product interactions, and systems thinking into cohesive motion experiences. You take ownership of complex initiatives, elevate creative standards, and mentor others while shaping how motion and AI influence brand and product expression.

Responsibilities

• Lead concept development, shaping visual narratives, story frameworks, and motion direction for campaigns, product explainers, and branding.
• Develop storyboards, motion language, and scalable narrative systems that unify cross-channel storytelling.
• Establish motion principles, animation frameworks, timing/easing rules, and creative standards for brand and product consistency.
• Produce high‑craft motion graphics, transitions, and product animations, leveraging both traditional workflows and next‑generation AI tools.
• Use AI image and video tools (Midjourney, Stable Diffusion, Sora, Runway, Pika, etc.) to explore concepts, accelerate ideation, and enhance production.
• Define motion patterns for web/mobile UI, including micro‑interactions, functional motion, component transitions, and product‑level motion systems.
• Build production‑ready assets using Lottie, Rive, or SVG/CSS motion and collaborate with developers for accurate implementation.
• Drive iterative improvement through testing, feedback, and real‑world product insights, ensuring usability and narrative clarity.
• Oversee animation documentation, motion specs, and scalable pipelines—including AI workflows, asset structure, and naming conventions.
• Lead motion reviews, mentor designers, influence cross‑functional teams, and contribute to a comprehensive motion design system and asset library.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in motion design, animation, or multimedia.
• Strong portfolio showing mastery in storytelling, motion principles, pacing, and polished execution.
• Expert proficiency in After Effects, Premiere, and professional animation workflows.
• Hands‑on experience with AI image and video tools for concepting and production.
• Strong understanding of timing, easing, composition, visual hierarchy, and narrative flow.
