A leading financial advisory firm in Singapore is seeking a motivated Mortgage Specialist. You will provide excellent customer service, advise clients on mortgage options, and help achieve monthly revenue targets. The ideal candidate has at least 5 years of mortgage sales experience and is proficient in English. This role requires compliance adherence and collaboration with banking partners. Training is provided, and you'll be expected to manage customer relationships effectively to enhance their mortgage experience.

MoneySmart generates leads on its platform in the form of customers who are in the market for a home loan and who are interested in connecting with a Mortgage Specialist. Your mission will be to promptly call all the leads assigned to you, find out more about these customers’ mortgage needs, compare among the different available options, advise them on the best-suited option, assist them on the application process and facilitate the follow-up until the loan is officially secured. Post-sales servicing and customer retention in the form of reviewing their home loan packages nearing to the end of their lock-in period so as to advise on the option of refinancing, are also crucial aspects of this role.
Reporting to the Head of Advisory, this role offers an excellent opportunity to achieve great success on a personal and team level, contributing to the growth of the Group’s overall business in Singapore.
