Job summary

A resource management center in Singapore is looking for a dedicated individual to monitor operations and respond to system defects. This role requires the ability to work 12-hour shifts, including weekends or public holidays. Candidates should have a Higher Nitec in Electrical/Electronics Engineering. The salary range is $3,000-$5,000, with opportunities for paid overtime.

Job description

Job Responsibilities:

• Perform monitoring, analysis and escalation of real-time operation events.
• Monitor various alarm alerts, activation of response team and prepare reports upon completion of operation.
• Perform as MAC first responder for any systems defects
• Perform inbound and outbound calls/group chat for defects coordination
• Updating of PM/CM logs
• Any other duties/jobs assigned by supervisor.

Period:

• 1 year contract (renewable)

Location:

• Changi Naval Base (Shuttle bus service available at selected MRT station)

Working hours:

• Mon-Fri, 8am-5.30pm but need to be ready 24/7 due to emergency calls, must be comfortable and able to work 12 hr shifts (paid OT) and be on standby on weekends and/or PH

Salary:

• $3,000-$5,000

Job Requirements:

• Able to work 12 hours shift including weekends or Public Holiday (depend on roster) – PAID OT
• Minimum Higher Nitec in Electrical/Electronics Engineering
