Job summary

A leading medical company in Singapore is looking for a Process Engineer specializing in Molding and Extrusion. This role requires providing comprehensive engineering support to ensure optimal yield and continuous supply of molded parts. Applicants should have a Degree/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering and a minimum of 5 years’ relevant experience in molding processes. The successful candidate will also manage process validations and contribute to productivity improvement projects while ensuring safety regulations are observed.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in mold making and molding processes.
• Experience in project management and validation skills are preferred.
• Exposure to Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma is an added advantage.

Responsibilities

• Provide engineering support for Molding, extrusion, and assembly processes.
• Lead process validations and equipment troubleshooting.
• Manage molding and extrusion budgets, capital expenditures, and environmental compliance.
