Responsibilities
- Lead the design and implementation of innovative talent acquisition strategies and programs to attract, assess, and hire top talent for the organization
- Collaborate with business leaders and HR partners to understand the organization's talent needs and develop tailored recruitment solutions
- Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selection of candidates
- Develop and manage a high-performing talent acquisition team, providing coaching, mentoring, and performance management
- Leverage data and analytics to measure the effectiveness of recruitment efforts and continuously improve the talent acquisition function
- Stay abreast of industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in talent acquisition to drive innovation and enhance the candidate experience
- Ensure compliance with all relevant labor laws, regulations, and internal policies related to recruitment and hiring
- Contribute to the development and implementation of the organization's overall talent management strategy
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field; advanced degree preferred
- Minimum 8-10 years of progressive experience in talent acquisition, with a proven track record of success in a complex, global organization
- Demonstrated expertise in designing and implementing innovative talent acquisition strategies and programs
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills, with the ability to use data and metrics to drive decision‑making
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate at all levels of the organization
- Proficient in the use of applicant tracking systems, HR information systems, and other recruitment‑related technologies
- Thorough understanding of the banking industry and the talent landscape, with the ability to identify and attract top talent
