Qualifications

• Minimum 1 to 2 years of experience in project coordination within migration or IT projects.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage migration plans, timelines, and checklists across all phases.
• Coordinate pre-migration, migration, and post-migration activities with cross-functional teams.
• Plan, allocate, and track migration engineers based on volume, complexity, and wave schedules.
• Maintain migration trackers, real-time dashboards, calendars, and workload reports.
• Act as the primary point of contact for engineers and business users during migrations.
• Ensure accurate documentation, status reporting and user feedback tracking.
