Job Summary

Mid-Level Microsoft Power Platform & SPFx Developer with 2–5 years of experience to design, develop, and maintain innovative Microsoft Power Platform solutions and SharePoint Framework components that drive business productivity and integration across Microsoft 365 environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development of Power Apps (Canvas and Model-Driven) to deliver user-centric business applications that improve operational efficiency
• Design, build, and maintain Power Automate workflows to automate business processes and enhance productivity
• Develop and customize SharePoint Framework (SPFx) web parts and extensions using TypeScript, JavaScript, and React to extend SharePoint Online capabilities
• Customize SharePoint Online sites and pages to align with organizational branding and functional requirements
• Integrate Microsoft 365 services including SharePoint, Teams, and Outlook to create seamless collaboration experiences
• Utilize Dataverse and SharePoint lists as data sources to support dynamic and scalable application data management
• Consume REST APIs and Microsoft Graph to enable advanced data interactions and integrations within solutions
• Execute testing, deployment, and provide ongoing support to ensure solution reliability and user satisfaction

Required competencies and certifications

• Hands-on experience developing solutions on the Microsoft Power Platform
• Proficiency in SharePoint Framework (SPFx) development using TypeScript, JavaScript, and React
• Solid knowledge of SharePoint Online architecture and customization
• Familiarity with version control and CI/CD tools such as GitHub and Azure DevOps
• Basic understanding of security principles and permissions management within Microsoft 365 environments

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Experience developing Model-Driven Apps on the Power Platform
• Knowledge of Power Platform ALM (Application Lifecycle Management) practices
• Familiarity with PnP JS and Fluent UI for enhanced SharePoint and Power Platform UI development
• Possession of Microsoft certifications such as PL-100 or PL-200
