The Microsoft 365 Engineer is responsible for the deployment, administration, and support of Microsoft 365 services across the enterprise. This includes Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Intune, and Azure Active Directory. The role ensures seamless collaboration, secure access, and optimal performance of M365 services while supporting hybrid environments and driving digital workplace transformation.

What will you do?
  • Administer and support Microsoft 365 services including Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, and Intune.
  • Configure and maintain Azure AD, ADFS, Conditional Access, and MFA policies.
  • Perform daily health checks, incident resolution, and service monitoring.
  • Implement and manage Mobile Device Management (MDM) and Mobile Application Management (MAM) policies.
  • Support deployment and adoption of M365 apps such as Planner, Power Automate, and Copilot.
  • Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to troubleshoot and resolve service issues.
  • Maintain documentation, SOPs, and user guides for M365 services.
  • Conduct user training and onboarding for new M365 features.
  • Participate in disaster recovery planning and testing.
  • Automate administrative tasks using PowerShell scripting.
The ideal candidate should possess:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • 3–5 years of experience in M365 administration and support.
  • Strong knowledge of hybrid messaging environments (on‑prem/cloud).
  • Proficiency in PowerShell scripting and automation.
  • Experience with Windows Server (2016/2019), Exchange (2013+), and Microsoft Teams.
  • Familiarity with security and compliance features such as DLP, eDiscovery, and retention policies.
  • Excellent communication and documentation skills.
  • Strong problem‑solving and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
  • Customer‑focused mindset with a commitment to service excellence.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies.
