  • Position: Project Manager

  • Salary: $4,500 - $5,000 + AWS + Bonus
  • Working Days: 5.5 Days Per Week
  • Working Location: Based on Project Site | Office at Tampines
Requirements & Qualifications
  1. Minimum Diploma holder in Civil Engineering / Building or equivalent
  2. At least 5 years experience in Civil Construction Coordination & min 1 year in Project Management
  3. Proficient in reading and understanding CAD (2D & 3D) & Revit BIM Drawings
  4. Prefer to have own vehicle to work due to this role require to travel to different site for coordination
Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and oversee day-to-day construction management of projects and provide timely updates to management
  • Manage project team, site supervisors, workers, materials and equipment effectively and efficiently
  • Procuring and allocating resources to ensure no shortages while avoiding any unnecessary delays
  • Monitor and supervise entire project team to ensure compliance of work and to ensure works are delivered in a timely manner and in accordance with quality standards
  • Establish strong working relationship with all stakeholders including staff, workers, contractors, suppliers, clients etc. to ensure smooth operations of projects
  • Manage manpower costs, project costs and expenses to ensure optimal cost benefit
  • Attend and/or chair meetings with clients, architects, engineers and workers
  • Identify possible risks to projects and stakeholders, create contingency plans to mitigate these risks, and respond quickly to work delays, emergencies and other problems
  • Oversee all inspection activities including quality and workplace safety and health checks
  • Prepare progress reports for each project
  • Ensure all changes to specifications, work scopes and drawings are properly documented
  • Manage site document filing and record keeping in accordance with International Organisation for Standardisation (ISO) standards
  • Any other ad-hoc projects and duties as required by the management
