Responsibilities

• Assist the manager in handling general contracts and tender documentation.
• Prepare budget costs and estimates as instructed.
• Liaise with suppliers for product and service presentations.
• Identify solutions for technical issues during tender preparation.
• Communicate with internal departments to manage documents and resolve issues.
• Coordinate with suppliers and contractors on billing and quantity follow-ups.
• Evaluate and update market unit rates for materials and labor on a monthly or quarterly basis.
• Hand over tender documents and costing to the project team upon award.
• Attend site show rounds for tenders of interest.
• Respond to tender clarifications and prepare for interviews and presentations.
