Job summary

A local ambulance service provider in Singapore is looking for an EMT Driver to transport elderly clients safely. The role requires a Class 3 manual driving license and a passion for helping others. Responsibilities include driving clients, operating equipment for wheelchair transport, and ensuring safety during transit. Training will be provided to become a certified First Aider. Attractive compensation starting from $2050 with opportunities for overtime.

Qualifications

• Class 3 manual driving license with a minimum of 3 years of driving experience.
• Passionate about helping people.
• Optional defensive driving certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Drive elderly safely to and from their homes and centers.
• Operate Auto Lifter for Wheelchair and secure safety belts.
• Assist frail elderly up vehicles and perform wheelchair locking.

Job description

Responsibilities

• Workplace: Main site is at AMK/Yio Chu Kang MRT area, may be assigned to other locations.
• Can operate alone (Eldercare Van) and or 2 Person team (Medical Transport) and have nice personality
• Able to help frail elderly up vehicles, and can bend your knees to secure wheelchair locking device to vehicle
• Safely drive our elderly to and from their home and Centre
• Operate Auto Lifter for Wheelchair
• Secure safety belts for elderly and wheelchairs (can bend your knee)
• Will be sent for training to be certified as a First Aider

Requirements

• 1 GCE ‘N’ Level Pass or Workplace Literacy and Numeracy Level 4
• Class 3 manual driving license (minimum 3 yrs driving experience)
• BDVL Vocation Licence
• Have Defensive Driving or Higher (optional)
• Passionate to help people
• 6 day week (alternate Sat Off with 10hrs day shift) - Medical Transport
• Medical Transport crew can also work with more Overtime on PH/SAT/SUN/12hrs shift

EMT Driver : $2050 onwards

You will be bonded for 1 year, upon completing the sponsorship EMT program.
