A leading medical facility in Singapore is seeking an individual to join their Medical Social Work team. The role involves updating patient records, providing administrative support, and managing departmental finances. Ideal candidates should have a GCE 'A' level, preferable experience of 2 years, and strong interpersonal skills. The working environment encourages proactive thinking and independence, with continuous training provided.
You will be part of the Medical Social Work (MSW) team to assist the team in terms of obtaining patient basic information for Medical Social Worker's assessment for the provision of the medical social services, provide administrative support to MSWs, prepare monthly statistics and manage petty cash floats for patient-related funds.
Patient Intake: obtains and updates patients’ records into MSW system
Administrative Support: maintain department's filing system, office supplies, Petty Cash float for Patients’ fund, patients’ transport reimbursements, payment to external vendors, raise bill amendments
Other duties as assigned: participates in and/or takes responsibility for projects and activities which support the goals of the department and hospital as assigned by MSW Lead and above
Minimum a GCE 'A' level and above
Preferably a 2 years' of working experience
A team player with excellent interpersonal skills
Able to work proactively and independently
