Medical Centre Manager (Non-profit, 5.5-day work week)

Collaborate with Head of Operations, Clinical Services, and Strategic Partnerships to achieve revenue targets and ensure proper financial management, including cost control, inventory, and reporting.

Coordinate clinical and administrative teams, enforce policies, and ensure accuracy of key documents and operational procedures.

Monitor team performance, customer satisfaction, and service quality; support investigations and implement improvements with Quality Management.

Manage equipment, supplies, maintenance, and record-keeping in collaboration with Procurement and Facilities.

Assist in implementing and auditing clinical services, stay updated on offered services, and support staff orientation and meetings.

Perform any other duties assigned by Head of Operations.

Requirements
  • Degree with at least 8 years of experience, preferably in healthcare operations, including 3+ years in a supervisory role.
  • Self-directed, resourceful, and able to work independently under tight timelines.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and experienced with clinic management systems.
  • Availability to work 5.5 days per week.
