Job description

Job Description: We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will manage and coordinate the general work processes, ensuring efficient execution of tasks from fault reporting to work completion.

Key Responsibilities
  • Respond to fault reports, site survey requests, and job requests promptly.
  • Obtain relevant information from site in-charges to assess the situation accurately.
  • Determine if defects fall under the cost cap and proceed accordingly.
  • Source quotations from suppliers and subcontractors for required works.
  • Prepare and submit detailed quotations to client within the stipulated timeline.
  • Manage purchase order (PO) issuance and verify documentation.
  • Develop and submit Risk Assessment Plans (RAP), Permit to Work (PTW), and related documents.
  • Obtain multiple quotations from suppliers and subcontractors to ensure competitive pricing.
  • Collaborate with the HQ management for approval of procurement processes.
  • Submit approved supplier/subcontractor quotations to the Procurement Department.
  • Ensure supplier/subcontractor credit terms align with company policies.
  • Coordinate and arrange timely delivery of materials and services with suppliers/subcontractors.
  • Supervise and ensure proper completion of repair/replacement works.
  • Prepare and submit final costing with necessary documentation, including Certificates of Completion (COC).
  • Follow up to obtain signed COC from client and submit for billing and payment processing.
