Job description

Construction Manager [Mechanical]

• Salary Up to: $6000
• Location: Office at Aljunied | Site at Jurong West
• Working hours: 5 Day | Monday – Thursday [830am – 6pm] | Friday [830am – 530pm] | Saturday needed if required

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Develop and ensure design of electrical equipment, system and materials submission according to the technical specification particularly in the electrical engineering.
• Planning of project costing and master schedule.
• Determine labour requirements and material resources for construction.
• Management of site activities which include installation, manufacturing, coordination, safety and testing and commissioning to the client’s requirement.
• Coordination with LTA, Consultant, Civil Contractor, System Wide Contractors for the execution of the work inclusive of the testing and commissioning.
• Managed a team of Site Engineers, Supervisors and Sub-Contractors to ensure the site team meet targeted deadlines.
• Support Project Manager in overseeing the planning, execution and construction of the project.
• Establish responsibilities and accountabilities of the construction team so they understand fully of their objectives, goals and expectations to align with the Business goals.

Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree in Electrical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering
• Minimum 5 years of working experience in Construction industry.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Aircon and Chiller
