Job summary

A leading semiconductor company in Singapore is looking for a talented Mechanical Engineer to design and develop semiconductor equipment. The ideal candidate will have a degree in Mechanical or Mechatronics Engineering and over 3 years of experience in automation design. Responsibilities include defining equipment requirements, designing mechanical systems, and ensuring compliance with safety and product specifications. Strong knowledge in 3D CAD and proficiency in English are essential. The role may require overseas travel and overtime work.

Qualifications

• More than 3 years of experience in automation design.
• Familiar with design of automation or semiconductor equipment.
• Experience in high precision machine design.

Responsibilities

• Define requirements and features for semiconductor equipment.
• Develop concepts and architecture of new equipment.
• Design mechanical systems including motors, actuators, and valves.
• Perform design verification and validation testing.
