Job summary

A leading engineering firm in Singapore is looking for a detail-oriented individual to handle drawing preparation and revision, as well as quality assurance for various mechanical structures. The ideal candidate will have experience with AutoCAD and SOLIDWORKS, and be knowledgeable in quality management systems. This role involves liaising with customers to ensure their requirements are met, while maintaining ISO standards.

Qualifications

• Experience in preparing and submitting drawings for customer review.
• Knowledge of quality management systems and ISO standards.
• Ability to liaise with customers for engineering design.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and submit drawings for customer’s review.
• Amend drawings as per commands from relevant parties.
• Responsible for design control and drawing specification.
• Prepare bills of quantities as per project requirements.
• Prepare quotations and follow up with customers.
• Perform daily review and approval of product releases (QA).
• Ensure quality management system documentation is maintained.
• Implement quality control programs according to ISO standards.

Job description

Prepare and submit drawings for customer’s review and approval.

Amend drawing & revise the drawing as per command from production manager or relevant party to meet customer’s requirements.

Responsible for design control and drawing specification control, liaise with customer for engineering design with AutoCAD & SOLIDWORKS.

Prepare bills of quantities according to project requirement for production manager easy to refer.

Prepare quotation to customer and follow up with customer to make sure we meet customer’s requirements.

Perform daily review and approval of products release (QA) to check the quality of products.

Ensure all quality management system documentation are kept in order as per our ISO standards.

Implement quality control programs as per our ISO standards.

Mechanical Structure Product includes, Skid platform, Form Hose Reel, Enclosure, Panel, Bicycle Rack, Battery Rack, Construction Structure and etc.
