Job summary

A logistics company based in Singapore is seeking an Inventory Management Specialist for a 1-year contract. The role involves verifying incoming materials, maintaining inventory systems, and coordinating material delivery to support production. Ideal candidates will possess relevant education and prior experience in warehouse operations. Up to $2600 monthly salary is offered, along with overtime and completion bonuses.

Responsibilities

• Verify incoming materials against purchase orders.
• Organize and maintain inventory storage areas.
• Monitor inventory levels and initiate replenishment orders.
• Conduct regular cycle counts and audits for accuracy.
• Prepare records of material transactions.
• Coordinate timely delivery of materials to support production.
• Implement proper storage and handling procedures.
• Complete ad-hoc tasks as assigned.

Job description

• Period: 1 year contract (renewal/ convertible)
• Location: Boon Lay
• Working Hours: 7:30am-5:15pm + OT
• Salary: Up to $2600 + OT + Completion Bonus

Job Responsibilities

• Receive incoming materials and verify accuracy of consignment against purchase orders
• Organize and maintain inventory storage areas to ensure efficient material handling and retrieval
• Monitor inventory levels and initiate replenishment orders as needed to prevent stockouts
• Conduct regular cycle counts and physical inventory audits to ensure inventory accuracy
• Prepare and maintain records of material transactions, including receipts, issues, and transfers
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure timely delivery of materials to support production needs
• Implement and enforce proper storage and handling procedures to prevent damage or loss of materials
• Ad‑hoc task given by Manager/Supervisor

Job Requirements

• Minimum Nitec/Diploma or relevant higher education (e.g., Diploma in Supply Chain, Logistics, or Warehouse Management) is a plus.
• Prior experience in warehouse operations, inventory management, or material handling
