Key Responsibilities

• Exemplify technical mastery in precision haircuts across all hair textures—straight, wavy, curly, and coily—tailoring every cut with architectural precision and an editorial eye.
• Specialize in advanced colour work, including expert‑level highlights, balayage, ombré, and complex colour corrections.
• Demonstrate advanced hairstyling techniques for all occasions, from everyday elegance to red‑carpet glamour.
• Lead in hair extensions expertise, proficient in a full range of methods (e.g., tape‑ins, keratin bonds, microrings, wefts), offering premium, seamless results tailored to each client’s hair goals.
• Serve as a connoisseur in hair analysis and scalp health, providing bespoke recommendations for home care and professional treatments.
• Drive product sales through deep product knowledge and personalized retail consultations, supporting salon revenue growth.
• Support the salon’s monthly revenue and client retention goals by delivering exceptional guest experiences that encourage loyalty and referrals.
• Contribute to internal training and education, mentoring junior stylists and upholding the technical and service excellence expected at Hera.
• Stay at the forefront of the industry by maintaining relevant certifications and continuously advancing your skills through education and trend forecasting.
