Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled and passionate Beautician and Massage Therapist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality beauty and wellness treatments in a professional and relaxing environment. This combined role requires expertise in both beauty treatments (such as facials, waxing, etc.) and massage therapies (such as Swedish, deep tissue, and aromatherapy massages).

Key Responsibilities

• Beauty Treatments:
• Perform a wide range of beauty services including facials, eyelash extensions, waxing, threading, and brow shaping.
• Offer personalized skin care advice and recommend appropriate products.
• Maintain high standards of hygiene and cleanliness for beauty stations and tools.
• Massage Therapies:
• Provide therapeutic massages, such as Swedish, deep tissue, and aromatherapy, tailored to client needs.
• Conduct thorough client consultations to assess their health conditions and customize treatment plans.
• Ensure all massage techniques are delivered safely and effectively to provide relaxation and relief.
• Customer Service:
• Offer exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
• Maintain a professional and welcoming attitude, creating a relaxing atmosphere for clients.
• Handle client concerns or complaints in a respectful and efficient manner.
• Administrative Duties:
• Maintain accurate records of client treatments and preferences.
• Ensure proper stock management of beauty and massage products and tools.
• Follow all company protocols, including appointment scheduling and payment processing.
• Health and Safety Compliance:
• Adhere to all health, safety, and hygiene standards in compliance with company policies and local regulations.
• Ensure all treatment areas and equipment are sanitized between clients.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Minimum of 1-2 years of professional experience in both beauty treatments and massage therapy.
• Certifications in beauty therapy, massage therapy, or a related field from a recognized institution.
• Strong knowledge of various beauty treatments (e.g., facials, eyelash extensions, hair removal).
• Proficiency in a range of massage techniques (Swedish, deep tissue, aromatherapy, etc.).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-focused approach.
• Ability to work efficiently and effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Passionate about providing a high level of service to clients and improving their well-being.

Desired Skills
