We are a fast-growing healthcare GP group seeking a tech-savvy, creative, and motivated individual to join us as a Marketing Technology (MarTech) Executive. This entry-level role is ideal for candidates who are eager to work at the intersection of business development, marketing, and technology within a healthcare environment.

You will play a key role in strengthening our brand presence, improving internal workflows, supporting growth initiatives, and leveraging digital tools and AI automation to enhance patient engagement and clinic efficiency.

Key Responsibilities
Marketing & Branding
  • Manage and grow the group’s social media presence (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, etc.) through engaging and informative content.

  • Develop marketing assets, digital materials, online campaigns, and patient communication initiatives to enhance brand visibility.

  • Oversee website updates and maintenance, ensuring all information remains current, accurate, and visually appealing.

Technology & Automation
  • Assist in implementing AI-driven workflows and automation tools to streamline administrative processes and improve patient engagement.

  • Support enhancements to digital platforms, websites, and other patient touchpoints to improve overall user experience.

  • Monitor and analyse marketing and campaign performance metrics to support continuous improvement.

Operational Coordination
  • Coordinate with clinic teams to ensure smooth execution of marketing, digital, and operational initiatives.

  • Provide administrative or technical support during the rollout of new systems, tools, or workflow enhancements.

  • Any other ad-hoc duties assigned by the Head of Marketing.

Requirements
  • Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field
  • Passionate about healthcare marketing and business development
  • Interest in social media management, content creation, and website editing (e.g., WordPress, Wix, or similar)
  • Familiar with AI workflow tools and digital automation
  • IT savvy, detail-oriented, and comfortable using digital tools
