We are a fast-growing healthcare GP group seeking a tech-savvy, creative, and motivated individual to join us as a Marketing Technology (MarTech) Executive. This entry-level role is ideal for candidates who are eager to work at the intersection of business development, marketing, and technology within a healthcare environment.
You will play a key role in strengthening our brand presence, improving internal workflows, supporting growth initiatives, and leveraging digital tools and AI automation to enhance patient engagement and clinic efficiency.
Manage and grow the group’s social media presence (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, etc.) through engaging and informative content.
Develop marketing assets, digital materials, online campaigns, and patient communication initiatives to enhance brand visibility.
Oversee website updates and maintenance, ensuring all information remains current, accurate, and visually appealing.
Assist in implementing AI-driven workflows and automation tools to streamline administrative processes and improve patient engagement.
Support enhancements to digital platforms, websites, and other patient touchpoints to improve overall user experience.
Monitor and analyse marketing and campaign performance metrics to support continuous improvement.
Coordinate with clinic teams to ensure smooth execution of marketing, digital, and operational initiatives.
Provide administrative or technical support during the rollout of new systems, tools, or workflow enhancements.
Any other ad-hoc duties assigned by the Head of Marketing.
