Reporting to the Head of Commerical and Brand, you’ll own the execution of On’s marketing strategy in the region — blending global brand direction with local cultural impact. From running communities to digital storytelling, from retail activations to influencer partnerships, you’ll create moments that connect consumers to one of the fastest-growing premium sportswear brands in the world.

What You’ll Do
  • Localize and roll out On’s global campaigns across retail, wholesale, and community channels.
  • Partner with leading Global retailers and regional and specialty retailers to deliver impactful activations that drive experience and sell-through.
  • Lead digital content, social media, influencer partnerships, and community engagement.
  • Manage events - from run clubs to product launches - that bring On’s energy to life.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure marketing drives measurable results.
What We’re Looking For
  • 6–8 years’ experience in marketing (sportswear, lifestyle, or consumer brands preferred).
  • Strong digital and influencer marketing background with a track record of ROI-driven campaigns.
  • Experience managing campaigns across multiple markets and wholesale partners.
  • Creative thinker with strong execution skills and commercial mindset.
