Marketing Manager (Branding & Corporate Communications)

We are seeking a dynamic and talented individual to join our marketing team as an Assistant Marketing Manager specializing in branding. In this role, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and communicating the Aventis brand identity to our target audience. You will be responsible for developing and implementing branding strategies that resonate with our stakeholders and drive engagement.

Key Responsibilities
  • Align new brand narrative to institutional strategy.
  • Plan and implement marketing communications while ensuring brand compliance and strengthening SMU brand reputation.
  • Facilitate collaboration among internal stakeholders and with external partners.
  • Curate news and update corporate website periodically.
  • Manage corporate pitch kit which includes digital and non-digital collaterals.
  • Develop new brand assets for new units/initiatives.
Requirements
  • Minimum of Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Brand Marketing, Journalism or a good Business or Social Science degree.
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant work experience in corporate communications and branding.
  • Familiarity with media channels, branding, and marketing communications.
  • Good understanding of marketing technologies, social media trends and media landscape.
  • Self-starter & Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
