About the Job:
Huawei Enterprise Business Group is seeking Marketing Executive in Singapore. This position is responsible for conceptualizing B2B marketing plan, and end-to-end execution of marketing initiatives, including but not limited to, event marketing, new production/solution launches, C-Level clients engagements, and marketing operation.

Key Job Responsibilities:
- Develop annual & quarterly Integrated Marketing Plan based on Geo/Vertical business requirements, work out Campaign Assets and tracking country’s performance
- Executes campaigns and supports tactical activities (e.g. physical event, digital marketing, webinar, EDM, telemarketing), monitors and tracking marketing KPIs, and takes corrective action, to drive and co-operation with cross functional teams to fix all marketing action.
- Accountable for marketing contribution to business results and marketing ROI.
Business Skills:
- Rich experience on B2B industry marketing or ICT product marketing and agency resource, e.g. Analyst, Public Relation, event and digital, in-depth knowledge and expertise in marketing methodology within ICT industry
- Campaign Planning: applied skill in the proper implementation of the marketing mix, Utilization of value propositions to develop key messages, Alignment of target audience to prioritized offering/solution focus area, Development and selection of assets aligned to sales cycle stage.
- Campaign Execution: applied skill in the proper execution of campaigns/tactics in support of the program plan, Business Controls including managing budgets and controlling costs, Adjusting campaigns/tactics based root cause analysis, Pipeline management including nurturing and progression
- Agency/Vendor Management: applied ability to proper manage, direct, and team with agency and vendor partners.
- Management System: demonstrated knowledge of the marketing management system and utilization of standard reporting to provide quarterly updates regarding business performance
Primary Qualifications:
- BA/BS or equivalent is required
- At least 2 years B2B marketing experience is required
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing and Communications, and the related field of study.
- Ability to influence multiple stakeholders and lead cross-functional projects across categories and departments
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a deadline-driven environment
Excellent Knowledge of Excel/PPT.
