Overview

We are seeking a driven and creative Marketing Manager to lead marketing initiatives across our growing mobile retail, repair, accessories, and trade-in business. The role involves developing and executing marketing strategies to boost footfall, enhance brand presence, and drive both B2C and B2B growth. You will oversee campaigns across digital, social media, in-store promotions, partnerships, and events, ensuring alignment with our brand concept.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement integrated marketing strategies for retail outlets, repair services, and trade-in programs.
  • Manage digital marketing channels (Google, Meta, Chinese social media, SEO/SEM, email, WhatsApp engagement, website).
  • Plan and execute campaigns to increase foot traffic, sales conversions, and customer loyalty.
  • Collaborate with operations, sales, and design teams on promotions, signage, lightbox displays, and seasonal campaigns.
  • Drive content creation (videos, posts, customer stories) to strengthen brand positioning.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance, market trends, and competitor activities.
  • Manage marketing budget, track ROI, and report results to management.
  • Build partnerships with malls, distributors, and brand partners to expand market reach.
Qualifications
  • Diploma/Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
