We are seeking an exceptionally driven and highly experienced Marketing Manager to lead all marketing and branding initiatives for our employment agency. This role demands someone with deep expertise not only in marketing and communications, but also in recruitment industry practices, manpower regulations, and cross-border talent strategies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute end-to-end marketing strategies that cover B2B client acquisition, B2C candidate attraction, and global employer branding.
  • Manage all digital platforms, including advanced SEO, SEM, programmatic advertising, and AI-driven campaign optimization.
  • Oversee regulatory-compliant advertising in alignment with Ministry of Manpower (MOM) guidelines, PDPA, and international labour marketing standards.
  • Design and implement integrated campaigns spanning social media, trade shows, career fairs, and industry conferences, ensuring measurable ROI.
  • Produce thought-leadership content and whitepapers on global manpower trends and labour market analytics.
  • Lead a cross-functional team (marketing, creative, sales support), while also being fully hands-on in campaign execution.
  • Manage annual marketing budgets with zero margin for error, including reporting to senior stakeholders on spend efficiency.
  • Build and sustain strategic partnerships with universities, training institutions, industry bodies, and government agencies.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum 8years proven track record in marketing within the recruitment / HR solutions industry.
  • Strong understanding of MOM regulations, fair employment practices, and international labour laws.
  • Demonstrated success in handling multi-million-dollar budgets and complex campaigns across multiple markets.
  • Advanced knowledge of data analytics platforms, AI marketing tools, CRM systems, and HR tech software.
  • Excellent leadership and stakeholder management skills with the ability to perform under high-pressure, target-driven environments.
  • Must be available to work extended hours, weekends, and travel regionally on short notice.
  • CEI, KAH certification require~!
