We are seeking a Marketing Manager to lead our marketing efforts across the group, driving brand awareness, customer engagement, and business growth.

Key Responsibilities
Strategy & Leadership
  • Develop and execute integrated marketing strategies to achieve business goals for each brand.
  • Oversee brand positioning, ensuring consistency while highlighting each brand’s unique selling points.
  • Lead, mentor, and manage the marketing team to deliver campaigns with impact and creativity.
  • Monitor marketing budgets and optimize spend across channels.
Campaigns & Content
  • Plan, implement, and evaluate digital and offline marketing campaigns (social media, SEM, events, public relations, collaborations, etc.).
  • Oversee content creation, including photography, videography, blogs, and social media assets tailored to our target audience.
Performance & Insights
  • Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance across channels, identifying opportunities for growth.
  • Stay updated on wedding and lifestyle trends to inspire innovative campaigns.
  • Use customer insights and data to refine messaging and campaigns.
Partnerships & Events
  • Build and manage partnerships with vendors, bridal boutiques, influencers, and media to extend brand reach.
  • Organize and market events such as bridal fairs, workshops, and VIP experiences to drive engagement and sales.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
  • Minimum 4–6 years of marketing experience
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing, social media platforms, and content marketing.
  • Creative, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Experience in lifestyle, fashion, or wedding industries is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
