As the company expands and becomes increasingly involved in purposeful and transformative projects, our Business Development department has been formed to manage brand image and marketing communications in close cooperation with our specialist departments.

To strengthen our marketing capabilities, we are seeking an integrative and forward-thinking personality for a creative and active role in our expansion within the specialist consultancy business.

Your Role
  • Be the driving force in creating and leading the marketing strategy and brand presence.
  • Develop and execute cross-media marketing concepts—from social media campaigns and webinars to community events and expert articles.
  • Advise our department heads on marketing communication issues relating to their services and lead in designing and implementing marketing campaigns.
  • Evaluate campaign performance, report the insights to leadership, and continuously refine strategies based on market intelligence.
  • Open to new approaches and opportunities in content and digital marketing in the B2B sector and incorporate these into the brand management of Arch’lab.
  • Act as a trusted advisor on communication strategies across the organization.
Your Profile

We’re looking for someone who:

  • Has proven experience leading project teams, enjoys taking on responsibilities and actively shaping ideas collaboratively with others to achieve positive impact.
  • Has several years of professional experience in B2B communication. Familiarity in healthcare, laboratory, and architecture will be an added advantage.
  • Thinks strategically in terms of brand with well-founded concepts. Develops and implements in line with the target group.
  • Thrives in customer-facing roles and stays attuned to market dynamics.
  • Possesses journalistic flair : able to dive into technical topics and craft compelling content for diverse audiences.
