Role Overview

We are seeking a proactive and hands‑on Marketing Executive or Senior Executive to lead and execute marketing initiatives across Southeast Asia. This role is critical for driving brand awareness, customer engagement, and market growth for maxon motor SEA Pte Ltd, while ensuring alignment with the Group Marketing Team in Switzerland. The ideal candidate is independent, resourceful, and capable of managing end‑to‑end marketing activities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement localized marketing strategies aligned with maxon motor SEA Pte Ltd’s business objectives and Group Marketing’s global direction.
  • Plan, execute, and optimize multi‑channel marketing campaigns (digital, social, events, partnerships) in coordination with the Newsroom at HQ.
    • Create, update, and maintain landing pages, Facebook pages, and LinkedIn profiles for maxon motor SEA Pte Ltd.
    • Create and localize marketing content including social media posts, newsletters, press releases, and promotional materials.
    • Understanding of Data and Tools (Google Analytics and basic marketing measurement jargon.) to prove, track and improve ROI.
    • Monitor and report on campaign performance, ROI, and KPIs using analytics tools.
    • Ensure consistent branding, messaging, and user experience across all digital platforms.
  • Act as the regional liaison with the Group Marketing Team to ensure alignment and synergy.
  • Organize and support regional events, trade shows, webinars, and community engagement activities.
  • Manage the regional marketing budget and ensure cost‑effective execution.
  • Understanding of Data and Tools (Google Analytics and basic marketing measurement jargon.) to prove, track and improve ROI.
  • Ability to work independently and effectively.
Qualification
  • Diploma or degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
  • 3–5 years of experience in marketing, preferably in Southeast Asia.
  • Proven ability to execute marketing initiatives independently in a corporate or group structure.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing, branding, and lead generation.
  • Experience with HubSpot or similar marketing automation tools is a plus.
  • Excellent communication, creative thinking, and project management skills.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with management and multiple stakeholders.
