Econ Healthcare is seeking a Marketing Executive to strengthen our connection with the community and increase visibility of our care services. This role brings together content creation, digital marketing, and partnership activation to support our mission of improving the quality of life for seniors and their families.

You will work closely with internal teams and external partners to develop engaging content, manage our digital presence, and coordinate marketing activities that bring ECON’s values and care philosophy to life. The role supports all service verticals including Nursing Homes, Home Care, Rehabilitation, and TCM Services through an integrated marketing approach.

Key Responsibilities
Content and Digital Marketing
  • Develop and execute content plans that highlight impact stories, staff initiatives, and thought leadership across ECON’s platforms.
  • Support management of social media channels by working closely with our external agency to plan, schedule, and track campaigns that build brand presence and community engagement.
  • Create and adapt visuals, posts, and newsletters that align with brand tone and messaging; coordinate with design vendors or agencies as needed.
  • Maintain brand voice and consistency across all content touchpoints.
  • Support website updates and SEO optimisation to increase visibility and traffic.
  • Use analytics tools (Google Analytics, Meta Insights) to track marketing performance and share monthly reports.
Partnership and Community Campaigns
  • Work with internal teams (Care Advisory, Operations, HR) to support marketing activities in line with organisational priorities.
  • Plan and support outreach events and thematic campaigns across service lines to drive visibility and engagement.
  • Assist in monitoring lead generation and campaign results to strengthen conversion and partnership outcomes.
Skills & Experience
  • Experience in marketing, communications, or event management.
  • Strong written and visual communication skills with proficiency in English and Mandarin. We are seeking candidates proficient in Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.
  • Familiar with social media management, design tools (Canva/Adobe), and analytics platforms.
  • Organised, creative, and resourceful. You are able to work independently while coordinating with cross-functional teams.
  • Background in healthcare, eldercare, or community programmes is an advantage.
