About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Marketing Executive to support and grow our presence across the European market. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of regional marketing trends, digital platforms, and consumer behavior. Experience with TikTok and short-form video marketing is a strong advantage.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan and execute marketing campaigns tailored to European markets
  • Support brand positioning and market penetration across multiple EU regions
  • Manage and optimize digital marketing channels (social media, email, paid ads, content)
  • Create, coordinate, and localize marketing content for different European audiences
  • Monitor campaign performance and prepare reports with actionable insights
  • Collaborate with sales, design, and external agencies to ensure consistent messaging
  • Stay updated on market trends, competitors, and consumer behavior
  • Support influencer marketing and community engagement initiatives
TikTok & Social Media (Advantage)
  • Create or coordinate short-form video content for TikTok and similar platforms
  • Understand TikTok trends, algorithms, and engagement strategies
  • Work with influencers or creators to increase brand visibility
  • Track social media performance and optimize content accordingly
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field
  • 2–4 years of experience in marketing
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing and social media platforms
  • Experience with marketing analytics and reporting tools
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
Preferred Qualifications
  • Knowledge of TikTok, short-form video strategy, or influencer marketing
  • Additional European language(s) is a plus
  • Experience in B2B or B2C international marketing
