This role blends creativity with analytical rigour. You will be responsible for executing performance-driven marketing initiatives, managing digital and social media content, producing campaign reports, and supporting event and asset creation. Working closely with the Director of Enrichment, Group Marketing, and centre teams, you will ensure every touchpoint reflects our brand values and delivers measurable impact.

Performance Marketing & Data Analytics
  • Execute paid and organic digital campaigns (Google, Meta, and other platforms) to drive leads and conversions for The Eton Academy and Elevate.
  • Track, analyse, and report on key performance metrics, including CPL/CPA, CTR, conversion rates, and ROI, to evaluate campaign effectiveness.
  • Optimise campaigns and budgets in collaboration with internal teams and agencies to ensure cost-efficient results.
  • Maintain marketing dashboards and contribute to regular performance reviews and insights reporting for management.
Content Creation & Brand Storytelling
  • Develop, curate, and schedule engaging social media and website content showcasing student experiences, learning journeys, and educator highlights.
  • Support the creation of visuals, videos, and copywriting for campaigns, newsletters, and on-site collaterals.
  • Coordinate photoshoots, video projects, and asset development to strengthen brand identity and storytelling.
  • Ensure all communications are aligned with brand tone, voice, and visual guidelines.
Events & Community Engagement
  • Support the planning and execution of open houses/experience days, parent workshops, and outreach events that build awareness and engagement.
  • Collaborate with centre and academic teams to ensure event communications, materials, and experiences are cohesive and impactful.
  • Assist in post-event reporting, including data capture, feedback, and performance analysis.
Marketing Insights & Competitive Tracking
  • Conduct market research and competitor benchmarking to identify emerging trends, pricing movements, and audience preferences.
  • Present insights to guide campaign planning and new initiatives.
Cross-Team Collaboration
  • Work collaboratively with the Group Marketing team to ensure brand consistency and data alignment across platforms.
  • Coordinate with enrollment and academic teams to ensure marketing communications reflect current offerings, schedules, and success stories.
  • Leverage with external creative partners, designers, and media vendors to produce on-brand, high-quality marketing materials.

  • 2-4 years of relevant experience in digital marketing, social media, or content creation (experience in education or enrichment sectors preferred).
  • Strong understanding of performance marketing metrics, paid media optimisation, and marketing analytics tools (Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, GA4, etc.).
  • Excellent written and visual communication skills with a keen eye for design and storytelling.
  • Highly organised, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple projects and timelines.
  • Passion for education, creativity, and community engagement.
