Job summary

A leading food and beverage company in Singapore is looking for a marketing professional to manage in-store activities, campaigns, and social media. You will support campaign management from planning to execution, ensuring effective collaboration with various partners. The ideal candidate holds a diploma in marketing with 1-2 years of experience in the retail sector and has strong skills in social media and video editing. A creative mindset and excellent communication skills are essential for this role.

Overall
  • Key liaison to support in-store marketing activities and collaterals
  • Point of contact with vendors, agencies, printers, production houses, mall landlords, and other communication partners
Campaign Management
  • Support in A&P related activities from start to end, to include Above-the-Line, Below-the-Line, Digital and In-store collaterals
  • To garner adequate mall presence for new outlets and constantly drive consideration by working closely with landlords
  • Budget and timeline management
Retail Implementation
  • To work closely with the Creative and VM team on campaign launch, new store openings and renovations with regards to marketing collaterals and store displays
  • Ensure up-keeping of store collaterals
Social Media Management
  • Work closely with social media agency to manage the brands social media account, planning and coordinating content and shoots
  • Brainstorm and develop creative and engaging content for the Bakery brand division on top of agency social media content
  • Social media management and video editing – Instagram, Tiktok, Xiao Hong Shu
Any Other Business
  • Preparation of Campaign and Monthly Reports
  • Other administrative duties as required
Job Requirements
  • Minimum Diploma in Marketing or other related disciplines
  • 1-2 years of relevant marketing experience in FMCG, F&B, fashion, retail industry
  • Social media and video editing experience
  • A positive attitude and willingness to take on new challenges and responsibilities
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Well-organized and good with timelines
  • An innovative and creative mind to drive fresh ideas and content
