Role Summary

We are hiring a Marketing & Events Specialist to build a predictable demand engine through webinars, offline events, and content. You will own end-to-end planning and execution for both online and in-person marketing programs, and work closely with SDR, Partner Manager, and AE to convert campaigns into qualified opportunities and incremental pipeline.

Key Responsibilities
Online Demand Generation
  • Own a monthly webinar program (topic planning, speaker ops, landing pages, promotion, and post-event nurture).
  • Develop and repurpose content assets (webinar decks, landing pages, short videos, customer stories).
Offline Events (Required)
  • Plan and execute offline marketing events such as meetups, partner co-hosted sessions, industry workshops, and small seminars.
  • Manage the full event lifecycle: venue/vendor coordination, registration flow, on-site operations, post-event follow-up plan, and ROI reporting.
  • Coordinate with partners for joint offline activities and co-marketing programs.
Funnel & Performance Management
  • Track metrics weekly: MQL, SQL, cost per SQL, pipeline created; ensure lead handoff to SDR within 24 hours.
  • Maintain CRM campaign attribution accuracy and reporting discipline.
  • Work with SDR/AE to optimize conversion from event leads to qualified pipeline.
Requirements (Offline events experience required)
  • 2–5 years B2B marketing experience with hands-on ownership of offline event execution.
  • Proven track record running offline events end-to-end (planning, vendors, on-site ops, post-event reporting).
  • Strong execution, project management, and metric-driven mindset.
  • Comfortable with content production and basic landing-page workflows.
  • Ability to work tightly with sales and partners to drive conversion.
Nice to Have
  • Experience in B2B SaaS, workflow automation, or enterprise software.
  • Experience coordinating partner co-marketing campaigns.
  • Basic marketing ops skills (CRM campaign attribution, reporting).
